About These Terms

These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from Avyaja Ecofriendly Products, a Mumbai-based maker of handmade personal-care products and eco-friendly tableware. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Our Products

We sell handmade personal-care products and eco-friendly tableware. Because our items are made by hand in small batches, slight variations in colour, texture, scent, and finish are natural and expected from one batch to the next — this is a hallmark of handmade goods, not a defect.

Orders & Payment

We accept payment by UPI only. After you place an order, payment is initiated in your own UPI app. Your order is confirmed only once we have verified that payment has been received, and we will confirm it with you on WhatsApp. Until payment is verified, an order remains pending and may be cancelled.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices may change without prior notice; the price applicable to your order is the one shown at the time you place it.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are handmade and personal-care/consumable in nature, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll replace it or make it right. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

Product Use & Liability

Our soaps, body care, and related items are cosmetic personal-care products intended for external use only. We recommend a patch test before first use, especially if you have sensitive skin or known allergies, and that you discontinue use if irritation occurs. We make no medical or therapeutic claims, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Please use products as described and keep them out of reach of children.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
