Privacy Policy
What We Collect
When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and delivery address. This information is used solely to process and deliver your order, and to contact you about your purchase. If you message us on WhatsApp, the conversation is stored by WhatsApp under their privacy terms — we don't capture or analyze your messages outside that channel.
How We Use Your Information
Your personal information is used to process orders, arrange shipping, and communicate about your purchase. We may also send occasional updates about new products or offers — you can opt out at any time by contacting us.
Payment Processing
We accept UPI payments directly via your bank's UPI app (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, or any other UPI provider). Avyaja does not store your UPI ID, bank account details, card numbers, or any payment credentials. Each payment is initiated by you in your own bank app, completed against your bank, and we receive only the confirmation that funds were credited to our merchant account. We manually verify each payment before dispatching orders.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties. Your data is shared only with our shipping partners for delivery purposes.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep your shopping cart working and to remember your preferences. We do not use tracking cookies or share data with advertising platforms.
Your Rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us on WhatsApp or email. We will respond within 48 hours.
